We are experienced in leading multilingual projects and working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Our expertise includes managing and supporting national and sector-wide cybersecurity projects, with a proven track record of working with the Swiss financial sector, the healthcare sector, NGOs and international organisations, and large Swiss companies.

At Clou Solutions, we believe that each sector has its own unique needs, and we ensure our project solutions are tailored accordingly. At the start of a project, we invest time to understand the sector, its key players, and the specific needs the project must address. Throughout the project journey, we ensure that all key stakeholders are regularly involved and informed.

2. Management of cybersecurity organisations

Beyond supporting their creation, Clou Solutions offers executive and strategic management services for national cybersecurity organisations. These services include acting as Managing Director, developing well-founded annual programmes, establishing and managing professional communications, organising conferences and C-level meetings, developing member recruitment strategies, refining the service portfolio, and supporting day-to-day operations.
